The Century’s menu captures the essence of the original Golden Century in Sydney’s Chinatown featuring iconic and authentic Cantonese dishes.

Be spoiled with choices with our select range of premium live Australian seafood from the tanks including Australian Southern Rock Lobster (TAS/SA), Green Lip Abalone (TAS/SA), Tasmanian King Crab (TAS), Snow Crab (WA), Mud Crab (NT/QLD), Wild Coral Trout (QLD), Red Morwong (TAS), Barramundi (NSW), and Pippies (NSW).

For those who want something other than seafood, we have an extensive menu of familiar and traditional dishes including a Peking Duck, Roast Duck, Crispy Skin chicken, Black Pepper Australian Wagyu Beef (marbling 9+), Salt & Pepper Port ribs, lamb, stir fried vegetables, tofu hotpots, rice and noodles.

The Century also features an exquisite dim sum lunch menu, no trolleys but steamed-to-order to ensure freshness, featuring seafood dumplings, scallop siu mai, wontons, and vegetarian for lighter options.
